About Romey

Romey Sylvester MSC Counselling and Psychotherapy, MBACP, UKCP.

I am a qualified and experienced therapist offering caring and effective therapy. 

 I offer a safe and confidential service, and have seen clients with a wide variety of issues, including stress, depression, bereavement, loss, trauma, food addiction, relationship problems and many more.  

My qualifications include an MSC in Counselling and Psychotherapy, and Certificates in CBT and Counselling skills. I am also a MBACP (Reg) and a member of the UKCP. I have worked in the counselling field since 2007. 

I am commited to ensuring that I remain in touch with ongoing training and research.  I have regular monthly supervision, and also attend training courses and workshops to keep my practice fresh and up to date.  

I am a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and am bound by its ethical framework for good practice.
